Deaf Awareness Week Event At the Aquarium!
Posted: September 21st, 2022
We are extremely excited to be celebrating Deaf Awareness Week by welcoming sign language interpreters from Deaf Access Services, an affiliate of People Inc. to the Aquarium this weekend, September 17th and 18th. Interpreters will be onsite to interpret sea lion and penguin presentations as well as at Shark and Ray Bay.
The Aquarium is excited to provide a more accessible environment so everyone has a chance to learn more about making a difference for aquatic life!
We would like to thank Niagara Falls National Heritage Area for supporting this event.
